Ummm… Use in the shower or in the bath. We’re hoping you already know how! Apply to damp skin all over. Rinse off. Smell gorgeous all day. Use liberally and often. We feel fresh is best, don’t you agree?

How it works

Want to know a secret? Our OMega Moisturising Shower Cream uses a super-gentle baby cleanser as the base. This guarantees that it treats your skin with kid gloves, cleansing you thoroughly but without stripping your skin of valuable moisture. Also it is Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) free.
What the heck are we talking about did we hear you ask? Well these two ingredients are probably in almost anything you have that makes bubbles in your home – go ahead check your shampoo, your bubble bath, your dishwashing liquid, your kitchen floor cleaner and your car shampoo. Weird, eh? We thought so to – so we don’t use it, ever. Plus it’s a well-known skin irritant linked to all kinds of not-so-nice things. We don’t want to go into too much detail, but google it.

Prefer a bath? Sîan likes to use it in her bubble baths at the weekend (who has the time during the week?) and even adds a few drops of OMega Body Oil to the water to really maximise the indulgence. Tanya, Jill and Kathy are more shower girls – and love it. Our kids have started stealing it from our bathrooms – so we guess they love it too.

We get lots of glowing reports from cleansing aficionados (that’s fancy for really fussy about their soap) and Mama Mio OMega Shower Cream gets the big stamp of approval. To be honest, we are quite simplistic about our Shower Cream; we love it because it smells good, feels good, doesn’t dry out our skin and (usually) we don’t stink.

OMega Moisturising Shower Cream is packed with high levels of all these massively moisturising and nourishing ingredients.

Glycerin is one of the best known humectants. It helps to maintain the lipid moisture level of the skin, ensuring your skin feels lovely and soft rather than stripped, tight and dried-out after showering.

Sweet Almond Oil is packed with Omega 3, 6 and 9 to soothe any itching and help restore skin’s healthy moisture levels.

Avocado Oil is extremely moisturising and rich in antioxidants and Omegas, this oil is deeply penetrating and rich in Vitamins D and E.

Arnica and Chamomile are both wonderful for helping calm, soothe, soften and condition the skin.
