We accept most major credit & debit cards. We do not accept Diners or payment by cheque. Please note after the 1st April 2009 we will no longer be able to accept payments by Maestro on our website. If you are unable to use an alternative credit or debit card, please call us on 020 7014 3750 where we can take your order and payment by Maestro over the phone.

Yes we offer a gift wrapping service. Each item will be individually gift wrapped or placed in a keepsafe gift box if you are purchasing 2 or more single items for the same person. Both are tied with a luxury ribbon and your personal gift tag message.

No, the prices will not be printed. If you wish to display the prices on the delivery note please untick the tick box 'do not print prices on the packing slip'.

Yes, if you wish to send items to more than one different delivery address use the Checkout with Multiple Addresses option.

- Yes, we offer a next day delivery service providing your order is placed by 1pm. Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends. This service is available to addresses within Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) only.

We offer two types of service to Great Britain and Northern Ireland:
Standard Delivery, 5-7 business days via Royal Mail or parcel carrier
Next Day Delivery, (next business day) via parcel carrier
For overseas delivery:
Standard Airmail (not trackable) Delivery 5-7 working days. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. They are not trackable.
Airsure (trackable) Delivery 4-6 working days, with same day despatch if your order is placed before 1pm GMT or International Signed For service with Royal Mail. Delivery 5-7 working days.
Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.

Yes, we are currenty offering free standard delivery on all orders that are shipping within Great Britain.

- We ship to overseas destinations, including the Europe, New Zealand and Australia from our website. For orders to be shipped to USA, including Alaska and Hawaii visit our USA website. Click here to be taken to our USA website. Click here for information on customs and duty.
If you wish to have an order sent elsewhere please email us with details of the delivery address and items you wish to order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

- Goods are normally despatched within two business days after you have placed your order from our London office. Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery. We do not despatch or deliver orders over the weekend.

- The postman or courier will leave a card to let you know that they have called. If applicable, you can collect you parcel from the local post office, local deopt or call the courier to rearrange delivery.
You can request your order be delivered to a work address. Please specify the company name when entering the delivery address.

Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 working days.
