Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Prices depend on the value of your order and the service selected. All orders are shipped via parcel courier. Delivery options and prices will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.

Delivery to Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Goods are normally despatched within 24 hours of you placing your order, though during peak periods this may take longer. Please note that we do not despatch orders at the weekend. If you are unable to take delivery of your order a card will be left with details of attempted delivery and a telephone number to call. Please note you may be subject to an additional charge if you are unable to take delivery of your order. All orders returned to our warehouse for non-delivery will be subject to a further delivery charge.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) prices:

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 1pm GMT and will be shipped via parcel courier, please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays. A signature will be required, please ensure that you will be in to receive the goods. After three attempted deliveries your order will be automatically returned to our warehouse. If you are unable to take delivery of your order a card will be left with details of attempted delivery and a telephone number to call. Please note you may be subject to an additional charge if you are unable to take delivery of your order. All orders returned to our warehouse for non-delivery will be subject to a further delivery charge.

Overseas Delivery

Goods will be shipped via parcel courier. If no-one is available to sign for the item then it will be retained by the courier hub for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.

We ship to the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii from our USA website. Click here to be taken to our USA website. If you wish to have an order sent elsewhere please email us with details of the delivery address and items you wish to order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Customs, Duty and Taxes

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your Mama Mio products and gifts. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Before returning an item to us please contact us on 020 7014 3750 or +44 20 7014 3750 if you are calling from overseas. Please take due care when returning items and ensure they are suitably protected for transit. You will be responsible for the items and postage costs until they reach us. Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement order. We won’t be able to cover for any other damages or losses beyond that of refunding or replacing your order, including your original delivery charge.

If an error has been made on our behalf we will refund you for the return postage accordingly.

If you fail to return the goods or send them at our expense, without prior agreement we will charge you for the direct costs of recovery.

Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.
