Having a baby is a wonderful, amazing thing - but it can wreak some serious havoc on your body! But please, go easy on yourself. There are so many wonderful changes and challenges and, really, your weight or your wobble should be the least of your concerns. Perhaps the adage '9 months on - 9 months off' is a more realistic target. You absolutely can achieve your goals. Just take it slowly and be sure to enjoy all the wonder that surrounds you on a day to day basis!
