Our friends at Weight Watchers tell us that September is the biggest month for people deciding to make a change and join Weight Watchers. Interesting, eh?

Apparently we are sometimes disappointed with the reality of our holiday photos! So, If you are lacking in past holiday confidence glow, treat yourself with some OMega rich mega moisturising, toning and firming skin salvation treats and imagine yourself back in August with a glass of rose' in one hand and a chick-lit paperback in the other. That's the feel good memory we should all carry with us into the coming Autumn months.
