Your boobs lie on top of various muscle groups; these exercises are designed to get the underlying muscle tissue to stand up and pull its weight. Efua Baker is London's A-list trainer. You name the star she has kicked them into shape, an impressive example is she took Christian Bale from emaciated in The Machinist to Batman perfection. Efua has worked with us closely to create two no-nonsense, sure fire bust-perking exercises. In short, her task was to take your boobs and make them look higher and fuller to create the illusion of cleavage – where you want it!

Muscles targeted primarily are the Pectorals including Pectoralis Major and Minor, with added benefit to the Biceps and Triceps, Deltoids, Rhomboids and Latissmus Dorsi. The slow, controlled movements will strengthen your pecs in two layers so your boobs will not only be lifted but appear fuller. The work on biceps and triceps will help your arms look defined and strong. You will get the added bonus of better tone on your upper arms and a reduction in the squidgy bit that pokes out of your bra near your armpit. Posture is vital for upstanding boobs and these exercises will also help pull your shoulders back, giving you an immediate lift where it counts.

We know that time is short, so follow these super-easy steps to be on your way to your DIY Boob Job in 30 days. We recommend that you do the exercises first, but if you want to shower first then that's ok too. What really matters is that you need to be warm when you apply the skincare (so apply immediately after exercising or showering) and that you do follow the skincare applications in the order below.

Step 1 (once a day) Your 3 minute exercise programme Follow the instruction card for the two no-nonsense exercises: The Fly and The Push Me Up.

Step 2 (once a day) Tummy Toner skin tightener - Apply to the base of neck to just below the boobs; one or two pumps will be enough.

Step 3 (once a day) Boob Tube bust and neck firmer - Use two pumps and massage from base of neck, right across chest to just below the boobs. Also use as a neck cream, using upward strokes. If you stick with this dosage you will have ample for the 30 days. If you feel the need to excess pump, we won't tell you off (we are prone to doing the same!) but you many need to restock towards the end of your 30 days.
