What we have noticed as we trundle through our Mama Mio world is that every woman has a bit of their body that they would love to change. That bit that you think "if only my butt was better, I would feel good about myself". We call these Roadblocks and they are our personal bugbears; our little obsessions that stand in the way of feeling confident. The reality is it takes a lot less effort to actually make the change to your 'bad bit' than the effort spent beating yourself up over it.

We wanted to give you the tools to make that change. To take control and sort it out! Hence the Bootcamp Kits were born. When developing Bootcamp For Butts we wanted to create a kit which was the perfect product mix to help the tone, texture, smoothness and tightness of your skin. And because true beauty is not just skin deep, we have combined our high performance skincare with ass-kicking exercises, created by fitness guru Efua Baker. By improving the tone and texture of your skin and also strengthening, lifting, reshaping and toning the muscle structure that supports the skin, the results will be more dramatic.

Attention! (Cue Sergeant Major voice...) This bit is very important. We need you to commit to a 30 day programme to making a visible and lasting difference to your butt. And for those commitment-phobes amongst you, we know we had to make it really easy for you and take away all of your excuses.

1. It only takes three minutes a day. No matter how time starved, we can all find 3 minutes.

2. It is very easy to follow - increase exercise reps by one a day. Everyone can do one more, so it is not an impossible goal. The key is to do them right.

3. No equipment required and you can do it in a small space. Want to hide in your bathroom and do it? No problem; you can do it anywhere.

4. You will see results. Do not cheat and at the end of 30 days you will look better, feel better and feel more confident.

Your butt is supported by large muscle groups that need to be targeted carefully to make a visible and lasting difference. Our Bootcamp For Butts exercises are designed to get those underlying muscles working to lift your butt and reduce those unsightly saddlebags. Efua Baker is London's A-list trainer. You name the star she has kicked them into shape. An impressive example is she took Christian Bale from emaciated in The Machinist to Batman perfection. Efua has worked with us closely to create two no-nonsense, surefire butt-busting exercises. Her virtual brief was to take your butt, shrink it down, lift it off your thighs and tighten it up.

Muscles targeted are the Gluteals, (including Gluteus Maximus, Medius and Minimus) and the important Adductor and Abductor muscles. These 'Roman Soldier' muscles will leave your butts standing proud, defined and firm... but with plenty of feminine curvature left! The Abductor and Adductor muscles will tighten and tone the inner and outer thigh, smoothing your silhouette.

A key Bootcamp benefit of all our skincare in this kit is improving micro-circulation, which is the number one cause of cellulite. It will also help to tighten and tone your skin; taking your butt from too low to J-Lo. We know that time is short, so follow these super-easy steps to be on your way to lifting your butt in 30 days. We recommend that you do the exercises first, but if you want to shower first then that's perfectly ok. What really matters is that you need to be warm when you apply the skincare (so apply immediately after exercising/showering) and do follow the skincare applications in the order below.

Step 1 (once a day) Your 3 minute exercise programme. Follow the instructions card for two no-nonsense exercises: The Butt Raise & The Doggy.

Step 2 (three times a week) OMega Body Buff - Buff all over or just focus on your rear trouble spots. Apply on dry skin, massage in vigorously and then shower off; a teaspoon size dollop per leg and half this for arms.

Step 3 (once a day) Tummy Toner skin tightener - Apply to backs of thighs and bottom; two pumps will be enough.

Step 4 (once a day) Shrink To Fit hip & thigh cellulite cream - Massage into thighs and bottoms for at least 20 seconds each side. This product is thick so you really need to massage it in vigorously. That effort is essential and helps break down the clumps even quicker. You need two pumps for each leg and butt cheek; four pumps in total. If you stick with this dosage you will have ample for the 30 days.

Better tackle that orange peel for the fortnight leading up to my holiday.’ And then we relax back into apathy for the rest of the year.
