Delivery
Prices depend on the value of your order and the service selected. All orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery options and prices will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.
We offer three types of service:
Standard Delivery 5-7 business days via UPS
Two Day Delivery via UPS
Next Day Delivery via UPS
A signature will be required for all orders over $100, please ensure that you will be in to receive the goods.

For Next Day or Two Day Delivery, your order must be placed before 1pm EST. Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.
Unfortunately we do not ship to APO/FBO locations.
Goods are normally dispatched within two business days after you have placed your order, though during peak periods this may take longer. Next Day Delivery will be dispatched on the same day, provided the order has been placed before 1pm EST. Please note that we do not dispatch orders at the weekend.
A signature will be required for orders over $100, please ensure that you will be in to receive the goods. After three attempted deliveries your order will be automatically returned to our warehouse. If you are unable to take delivery of your order a card will be left with details of attempted delivery and a telephone number to call. Please note you may be subject to an additional charge if you are unable to take delivery of your order. All orders returned to our warehouse for non-delivery will be subject to a further delivery charge.
Overseas Delivery
At the moment we only ship to USA, including Alaska and Hawaii from our USA website. We ship to overseas destinations, including the Europe, New Zealand and Australia from our UK Rest of World website. Click here to be taken to our UK & Rest of World website.
If you wish to have an order sent elsewhere please email us with details of the delivery address and items you wish to order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Mama Mio products and gifts. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods.
