Delivery

We will despatch your order within two working days after you have placed it. Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery.

Please note that incorrect information or payment details may delay the dispatch of your order.

Price

You will be charged the price advertised on the website at the time you place your order. Gift wrapping, postage and packaging will be charged according to the delivery option chosen during checkout.

Gift Wrapping

Select gift wrap when the products are in your shopping bag and leave all the hard work to us. Depending on the products ordered your gift will be wrapped in luxury paper or placed into a gorgeous gift box. Both are tied with a luxury ribbon and your personal gift tag message.

Price are not shown on the delivery note.

Availability

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will notify you either by telephone or to the email address that you have submitted on your order form to seek further advice. Should you wish to cancel an item we will refund you as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days.

Amending your Order
