Disappointed
The smell is amazing but it only lasts a few seconds. I think it will run out very quickly since I keep spraying to try to keep the scent.

Calm labour prep
Got this following a recommendatio. My sense of smell has changed during pregnancy but this works wonders. I am able to really enjoy this smell and use it on my wrists, must the air or as a light perfume. The fresh minty calming lavender smell is very relaxing and I use it in times of relaxation or just before my yoga session to help with the mental trigger for relaxation.

Love this so much it's my saviour !
I got given this years ago now it's the most go to product I own I suffer with bad anxiety and I swear this saves me most days!! It's so calming helps me sleep helps me relax ... it's very portable so so so handy! Had the bath soak before as well and it just grounded me too!

Calm spritz
It's really hard to describe this body and room spray, as it's hard to target who may like it. I start appreciating this spray quite late, at first I had to wear something to soften the notes. Mio Liquid Yoga Space Spray can be spray over your body as a mist, your pillow/bed sheet or room to help you calm and relax. It has a natural hearty and herbal scent; at first, I tough it reminds of eucalyptus but there's none. the spray contains instead other essential oils, cannabis oil and also Ganoderma lucidum, which by experience I found impressive. It's not a no for me, but not everyone would like it or find essential...

So calming
Love the combination of lavender and peppermint. Such a refreshing smell. I spray this around myself for instant calm or on my pillow at night before I go to bed. Instant relaxation!

Smells AMAZING
I used the old one all the time when doing yoga and this one smells even more amazing. Great at putting me in relax mode and helping to de-stress after a long day. Would 100% recommend.
